Shipping policy

Processing your order
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times
If we have product in stock, delivery times are as follows. Please be aware that we handcraft all our products. If we run out, we need upto 10 days to make new stock (this is due to the traditional processes we use). Within New Zealand, standard orders take 2-3 working days to deliver to the North Island and 3-6 working days for the South Island. Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.
For all other countries, you can expect delivery of your products within 10-20 working days.

Rates:
We use Posthaste, NZ Couriers or NZ Post for delivery.
$6 for delivery in NZ (excluding rural and PO Boxes)
$8.90 for rural delivery and PO Boxes (sorry but we have to make a special trip to the Post Office to send to PO Boxes)
Please click the right rate into the shipping field as you go through checkout. We do not add any handling fee or additional charges to these rates.

We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on postal transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be held responsible if you have given us incomplete details.
For international orders: we deliver via international air post. We carefully package our products for overseas delivery from New Zealand, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. We use a flat rate for postage and packaging (P&P) depending on your country of origin.

Tax
All web pricing includes tax though some countries may incur a duty tax depending on the local policies. Please note: International customers are responsible for ascertaining duty implications and payment of any duty charges applied on receipt of goods.
