To use:

Super-Soothing Balm: apply a small amount with fingers to affected area as needed.

Empowered Beauty Balm: you only need a very small amount of our gorgeous beauty balm.

Just a dab of balm massaged lightly onto your face with your fingers morning and night. You can use it on your eyes and lips. We love spreading it down onto the neck and decolletage area. Can be used under make up.

Meno-Mind Flower Essence: a quick way of taking them is to add a couple of drops of your essence or elixir blend to a glass of water or to your water bottle and sip as needed. In acute moments you can place drops on the tongue. You can also use them on pulse and chakra points.
