Active ingredients: This flower essence blend contains extracts of the following plants.
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) - to help calm nerves, find a sense of balance.
Oak (Quercus alba) - to support you as you feel pressure to remain strong for others.
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis) - to thrive in all circumstances and to find resilience.
Cleavers (Gallium aparine) - to help let of thoughts that aren't helping you.
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) - to help you speak your truth with and listen well with kindness.
Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis) - to help remain flexible and not get stuck in one's thoughts.
Water.
Inactive ingredient: grape alcohol 40% - this simply acts as a preservative.
All of these plants are growing organically in our gardens, in the local reserve or other places of special significance to us.
A quick way of taking them is to add a couple of drops of your essence or elixir blend to a glass of water or to your water bottle and
sip as needed. In acute moments you can place drops on the tongue. You can also use them on pulse and chakra points.
